FNB law on call poor service

I have a FNB law on call, I have registered a claim for a maintenance issue in January, to date nothing has been done. The attorney's last update was that they are waiting for the court date. I asked FNB to change them because they are no longer giving me updates. I thought this is so simple, if FNB cannot handle a simple claim how much more to big matters. Im so disappointed, I don't get assistance even over the phone, they keep saying I must email them and yet they do not respond.
