FNB Law on call policy

FNB Law on call.

You sent me a message past few months and few day to inform me that my policy has lapsed due to non-payment. I was paying an installment of R75 a month, that was the agreement. and according to your terms if that amount is not received for a period of three month my policy will be cancelled for which you did.

But i find it very strange that after that message informing me that my policy has lapsed you're still continuing to debit my account. Why? What right did you have to continue debiting my account after your announcement? Even the installment is not right you took R225 instead of R75.

Please stop this unprofessional actions and reverse that amounts, and remove my account details on your systems. i don't want to ever log a complain like this. if i want to do business again i will call you.

Thank you!
