FNB Law on Call, please stop deceiving people that you will help them with legal aid for Child Maintenance. It is not working. Please stick to banking. It has been 3 years of going to wait fo long hours for the file to be located and to be told of the postponement and now my funds are exhausted yet the case has not moved a bit. I was allocated student lawyers who did not know the background of my case because there is no proper handover. Conveniently, my file could not be located at all on 3 June 2026, which was the last day of the lawyers to accompany me. I am not sure if I will ever find it. It has been a pattern of not finding the file, I expected the lawyers to at least make sure that the file is in the pack to help the case to move forward but it looks like they enjoyed to helplessly wait and charge me for wanting.

We receive a Court Order for the outstanding amount due - I got excuses for execution.

I was promised by the lawyers, that they just need to get to the Magistrate. However, everytime we got that chance they became so terrified to tell the Magistrate the trickiness of the case and to request to use different approach.

I am still waiting for updates of the ******** case number, which I was promised it will go concurrently with the Child Maintenance case.

I asked for the lawyers to bring my file on 3 June 2026. They did not bring it. They expect me to make a trip to their offices- which whose time and petrol?
