FNB Law on call plan

Took out a law on call plan with FNB a few years ago and tried to cancel it last month but getting no updates or any form of assistance. I'm the one that constantly has to ask for updates and now they just flat out ignoring my emails. Disgusting service and I'd advise people to avoid this plan at all cost because they have no regard for customers rather go with a company that doesn't just ask how can we help you but actually does it.
