Fnb law on call pathethic service

Law in call has such terrible service, requested assistance in a legal matter and provided all the info to them, i was called on the 30th July 2021 consultant did not know what was going on and promised to forward a letter to my body cooperate as i been placed on terms for 14 days. I called today to follow up on the letter, lawyer came back to me stating the person dealing with my matter cannot be found i will have to wait... I requested to speak to a manager was on hold for 10 minutes, called back, same story. So now i will have to get my own attorney as clearly law on call dont want to assist and due to their negligence i will have to pay for the consequences. Really bad service, no managers available, we are paying premuims for nothing, poor pathethic service!
