FNB Law on Call not good in anyway

I have been paying for a service which is useless actually. I have asked Law on call to Assist with a ITC issues. They send an email 5 days after i requested feedback. And to top things the English used in the email was very poor. I want the policy cancelled with immediate effect. I have been paying for someone i might as well do myself.
