FNB LAW ON CALL not a value adding service.

FNB Law on Call has failed in the last 6 months to assist me with my will, yet they deduct money monthly from my Account . They don't take people seriously, this is a very important part of a person's life especially since I have a 6 months old baby to protect and secure his future. I logged a call they claim to respond within 48 hours , weeks later nothing. This is the second time they fail on this will matter .
