FNB LAW ON CALL , NO RESPONSE

This is the 3rd time if contacted fnb law on call regarding legal matters and the never responded yet I pay them every month. For the matter i currently need assistance with i contacted them 4 times,only got a automatic response which said they have received my request and will get back to me,they never did. I'm still waiting for them to sort out a matter from September,they excuse was they couldn't get through to dstv yet I gave them the number. I'm now canceling and going to try a different legal plan.
