FNB Law On Call Next Best Thing to Having No Legal Aid At All

<p>Paying a monthly fee to FNB Law for almost 10 years. Only tried services twice, first time they failed miserably. In 2nd chance they are trying to get out of honouring contract by saying "it is a pre-existing issue" - In almost 10 years this matter has not existed until now. 4 days ago I sent proof it was not pre-existing, in reply per email said they would get back 'shortly' but have not. This is an urgent ******* land expropriation issue and if FNB ever get back it will be too late - 4 days delay is not 'shortly' it is a disastrous ''could not care less'' attitude from legal advisors who have been taking my money for so many years and done nothing to earn it. I have now been told that FNB is notorious for getting out of assisting clients with similar **** excuses, then going incommunicado and not prepared to discuss the matter at all. I would seriously advise anyone from taking out an FNB LAW On Call contract, paying monthly, it is money down the drain as they will not be there when you need them. Furthermore they advertise that one will be dealing with qualified lawyers, the person with whom I spoke initially did not sound qualified at all, and was most unhelpful and left on leave leaving me stranded and very angry.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
