FNB Law on Call [LoC] - DISGUSTING SERVICE - Very Regretable

FNB Law on Call [LoC]. What a REGRET taken out this FNB Law on Call which I pay R130.00 pm over 5 years and they cannot answer their phones nor be of assistance. What a regret? Numerous times tried calling but NO Success?? As for having many accounts with FNB, they are very quick to charge R105.00 for a bounce debit order, even if U are 1 cent short????
