FNB LAW ON CALL LAWYERS SUCK

Please note that I am highly disgusted by the service of the lawyer assigned to the matter of my change in matrimonial regime.

After requesting for this service it took over 2 weeks to for him to contact me as I was initially called by someone from FNB law 5 days (which also I felt that was too long) after I sent the initial email requesting assistance, telling me that a lawyer will contact me.

If that was not enough after coming to my home for our meeting, he promised me that he would send me affidavits for me and my husband to sign by Sunday that same week (the week of 1st October 2020). On the 13th of October I contacted him requesting feedback and he told me that he will send the affidavits that day and set up a meeting with me for that Thursday which he never did.

I again contacted him on the 10th of November and he gave me some story about his laptop and cellphone being ****** and that he lost his contacts of which he received an email from me with all my contact details on it including my cellphone number which he could have used to contact me and once again promised me to send the documents that day.

Its six days later and still nothing from him. I am really disappointed in the service that I am getting from him which has made me doubt and loose faith in FNB on call, if this is the type of attorneys you deal with then I want nothing to do with your product and regret ever referring my friends and family to you cause clearly should one of them be involved in a legal matter they might find themselves on a loosing end.

2 months later after sending the initial email to FNB requesting their services and I have not seen any progress.

I am truly appalled by your service to say the least.
