Fnb law on call is unprofessional

I lodged a query over a week ago & still no one bothers to come back to me, yet your automated email said your ETA is 48 hrs. Ive never had the misfortune of dealing with a company thats this unprofessional. Fast to debit my account but no where to be found when i need help
