FNB LAW ON CALL IS RIDICULOUS!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

I contacted FNB asking for assistance, after I had gotten into a contract with Damelin in January 2019, the school failed to deliver my study material and examination dates, after several attempts to recover my money on my own I decided to ask the help of my Lawyers who I pay on a monthly basis and been paying for the longest time, sadly Jo assistance at all for the 2nd time I was told that the company doesn't "COVER" such cases, I must ask for leave at work and go que all day at a small claims court whole I'm supposed to be having a lawyer?????

Its not the first time I'm told a problem is not covered, clearly I've been stupid enough paying for lame services all these years..... Please kindly cancel my account I will gladly seek a company keen enough to assist clients
