FNB law on call ,is it worth it ?

I am paying for law on call for my buisness.i hav an issue that is buisness related but to get prompt responses is a major issue .ive even stopped hoping that my issue would be resolved.its a really poor service .amd there’s no other real help that i can get.i thort paying for this service would help me if i needed help. It’s really discouraging
