FNB law on call is a useless service

FNB law on call is a useless service, I reported a case last year September 2019, till today my issue is not resolved. Every time I do a follow up I'm being told that they are working on it. I wasted my money calling them monthly and I am fed up. I will cancel my contract and find better service.
