FNB LAW on Call is a ****

Pathological *****, registered a claim because our builder was in breach of our contract then I contacted FNB LAW on Call. I never got any assistance after sending supporting docs. They **** and said a lawyer is attending to our claim and that she is drafting a letter of demand. After 3 weeks she still hasn't got back to us after calling them everyday. We had to get real lawyers who concluded our case in under 1 week.
