FNB law on call is a ****

<p>FNB Called me up to ask if I wanted to join their 24 hour “law on Call” where I would have a 24 hour legal advisor on hand for assistance for most legal issues that may arise in my life.</p> <p>I am not too sure how long 24 hours is at FNB’s law on Call as it’s been almost two months and no one is willing to assist me.</p> <p>The first person who did say they were going to help me never did, she never responded to any of the emails she told me to send her and when I did call her back. She made me feel as I was bothering her and spoke to me as if I was an idiot, then said she was going on leave and someone else would help me. Yet again I left numerous messages and emails for this person to call. The person at the call centre took my details to have my call returned, but this never happened.</p> <p>Thanks to FNB’s law on Call and their lack of assisting me in my legal issue. I now have a legal matter I do not know how to deal with</p>
