Fnb law on call is a horrible service

Ive been trying to get threw to Fnb lawyers the entire morning.When i get threw the ladies that answer the calls are so rude.They just pass you from pillar to post ,while all your airtym just gets taken but you not being assisted.How do you even have law firm but weekends they are not available so what if you get yourseld in to a situation that yoh need them.How is there no free number one can call to when you need to speak to a lawyer.You have to wait and wait until your phone just switches off.I can tell already that the service is disgusting and of the lowest qaulity and that they will not be able to help anyone in a difficult situation.They just take your money eveymonth to do absolutely nothing.
