FNB Law on Call & FNB Life Debit Order

Good Day

I have called into these centres to update my banking details yet they continue debiting my FNB account when i requested it be changed to Discovery This has caused unnecessary charges and an inconvenience on my side I was also told i cannot pay into these accounts and I am worried my policies will be cancelled

I sent an email to customer care 2 days ago and have had no response. Next thing I will be told i have no cover

Please could someone call me urgently
