FNB Law on Call

This is just one bank that people need to stay away from. It's an endless nightmare being a client with FNB, no to mention their Law on Call service offering.

My legal matter was being handled by FNB Law on Call, initially they were prompt to appoint an attorney for me, after which everything just went silent from both FNB and the appointed attorney. Years have past by, telephonic conversations were held, another attorney was appointed and then again FNB Law on Call goes completely silent, never responded to the attorney's report, emails and telephone calls. They are just happy debiting your account and nothing moves forward!

I am trying to cancel my Law on Call policy with FNB and that too, absolutely no clear guidelines on what I need to do to cancel my policy.

I am so fed up with this bank that I just have to move my entire portfolio to another bank that I can trust. It's an absolute shame that after being a client with FNB for more than 10 years, they absolutely don't appreciate you being their client.

Please don't contact me regarding this matter, just cancel my Law on Call policy because there is absolutely nothing that FNB promises that actually transpires. Just a shady, *************, money hungry bank that everyone needs to move away from! I cannot even believe how FNB is SA's number one bank as they claim to be?!
