FNB Law on Call ****

I logged a claim with FNB Law on Call 2 years ago for a court maintenance case. FNB LOC allocated an attorney that worked on my case and kept it going for 2 years with absolutely no urgency or attempt to resolve or settle. The attorney just kept on making an appearance, no documents were sent or received, no reports were logged. I requested on numerous occasions for a report on the series of events and current status from both the attorney and complaints made to fnb LOC to no avail. Eventually when i requested for the case to be dropped due to constant court appearances which resulted in my annual leave being depleted over a two year period, the attorney at FNB LOC insisted i allocated a new attorney to the case. When i agreed the new attorney came on board and fortunately made great strides to nearing a settlement. Unfortunately the funds have already been depleted due to the attorney at FNB LOC not doing something about it sooner. To date neither the previous attorney or FNB LOC can give me feedback on what has been done over the past two years. FNB LOC kept me in court for 2 years with this maintenance case my son just turned 4 and the funds are depleted, we are nowhere near a settlement. The FNB LOC attorney's name is Tsholofelo Molefe, the attorney she allocated was Thato Ntshudisane. Thato did not have a signature in any of her mails stipulating which law firm she worked at. Her email address read *** - i tried to google this law firm and found no results. I am not sure if I was ****med by FNB LOC or Thato at this so called law firm. FNB LOC has paid all her invoices and now i am left with no funds for the legitimate attorneys to continue with the case.
