FNB law on call

FNB law on call is really ****ming I have been given several different reasons for my rejections and still have not received the rejection letter even after the 10 days turnaround time they said they have. I was told my application was escalated but still no feedback and no rejection. This is unacceptable and very disappointing for someone who has been a client for years with the bank. I still need to deal with my matter but now I have to be back and forth with the bank just so they can do the right thing. I was told on a call on the 12th of November that my application will be rejected and still nothing and I communicated I will appeal as my application should not be rejected but still nothing.
