FNB Law on call

In December 2023 I substribed to FNB Law on call.

During January 2024 I enquired with FNB if they have attorneys for the registration of ANC as my partner and I are considering the marriage out of community of property.

When their consultant enquired during the telephonic process I advised that we had the idea as far as January 2023 when we researched.

Due to the fact that we had the idea as far as January 2023 I am told it's preexisting.

Nowhere was this ever being discussed as an exclusion that to have an idea is to have a claim mind you I am single at this stage and not asking FNB for a postnuptial contract cause if that is the case then they will be correct.

The invitation for my intended marriage went out in March for somewhere in the month of May only then can I be considered as married thus improbable for the Antenuptial contract.

I have just read that Antenuptial contract must be signed before marriage and registered within 3 months from the date of signature so FNB's argument or reason for rejection is illogic and contrary to the law which I hereby caution the public against their dishonest and bad faith dealings

I cannot be punished for having an intent to be married out of community of property when you started dating the fact remains that you are single even of today
