FNB law on call

FNB law on call is a **** they have been rejecting my claim and they keep changing their reasons when they clear state on the contract that they do offer service to enforce a divorce settlement from your ex-spouse written in black and white. I have to go back and forth with them as their service is also very poor and does not meet their turnaround time of 48 hours response, when you call you wait on the line for more than 10-20. I sent an email of Friday 07.11.2025 and had to call on Tuesday to get a response. I am now told that the rejection draft turnaround time is 10days and can only appeal once I have received rejection letter.
