FNB Law on call , don't take clients seriously

FNB Oncall,they dont attend to clients.I contacted them on the 26th of January 2025,requesting a policy for the Law on Call,I was told a Sales agent would call me back,I never received any call backs,over 10 days later,Im still waiting for the call from their agents
