FnB Law on Call doesn't assist clients ,they only Happy to collect the premiums

I contacted fnb law on call 3 weeks ago,informing them of my ordeal with a Car Care Clinic Vereeniging,how badly treated I was and I informed them that I took my car for Car Care clinic to fix ,but was never fixed,after I had paid them,FNB Law on Call never assisted me,to send them a letter of demand for them to fix the car so that it runs,my car I use for Business as airlines am self employed but Fnb Law on call promised to contact me and sort the matter out,they have not done so until now,I also sent them an official email with my compla6and explaining my ordeal,but no one cares to assist me ,now the Car care are refusing to fix my car after I paid them and they further want to charge me Storage fees,which is obviously Car Care Clinic is abusing power,they also told me that they have a powerful lawyers,they dont care even if this goes to court.FNB On Call on the other side paid them ,yet they dont want to assist me to fight these people to fix my car properly.I called them several times trying to explain that this is urgent as I'm using my car to generate income but was told Siyamthanda will contact me,which she never did
