FNB Law on Call does not cover venue contracts and take debit order after cancellation

I took out two Law on Call contracts with FNB, one for me personally and one for my wedding venue. I asked for them to help me with my wedding venue contract to which they rep**** that they do not cover that???? I also asked on my personal one for a venue contract, but have been waiting 6 months for a reply? On 26 April I cancelled my business contract with FNB Law on Call as it is ridiculous that they do not cover contracts? I have cancelled my personal contract as well on 25 June, they are still taking the debit order from my account and not answering any mails. I want my money paid back and my contract cancelled. This is really useless. Never take out this Law on Call **** from FNB, they just take your money and you get nothing for it.
