FNB LAW ON CALL - DISGUSTTING

Not even worth a star rating I am typing this email with the utmost discussed to say theleast at the service I have received since I have joined Law on call February2021October 2021 I app**** for assistance in Child Maintenance A year (October 2022) already into the claim I haveexpressed my concerns regarding nothing that has been done about my case and how important it is that something is done as m son is going to high school and i urgently needed the help.I was sent from pillar to post between people. I have had tosubmit my documentation every single time the case was passed on to someone else.Yet nothing went any further than the attorneys just asking for updatedocumentation as the yhave been taking there time, losing my documents and everytime a new person has been appointed to handle my case, just to end up havingto do all the paperwork again. I am talking about submitting it probably 5times, having to get all the statements, fill out the forms, make copies ofeverything required. What a waist of time and paper and not to talk about the moneyissue as this is what the claim was about. Begging and pleading for my case tostart as I needed to have it settled before my son goes to high school. My sonis in high school 2 years already, I have gone into more debt and struggle dueto this, and every single time I would explain the same thing over and over andover again, yet I stayed positive hoping for a positive outcome.We are talking years, not months, not days, YEARS. This year I happened to get the opportunity to speak to thelawyer directly and she started assisting me directly with my case, even thoughI had to submit my documents again, we eventually after months got to submit mydocumentation to the lawyer and to the court.31 May 2024 I met up with the lawyer and we finalized thepaperwork, I could not get all of it certified but she assisted me in her personaltime to get all of this up to date and done.We met up on 2 June 2024 so I could hand her the originaldocumentation for submission.It was submitted in the next week.During June till September she has left the practice, I wasnot informed, no one else has contacted me or followed up, not even to talkabout assistance from fnb who has never followed up once to see how it isgoing.Up until today 3 September 2024 I have not heard anythingbut had to wait on court or the attorney to get back to me.I was phoned this morning 3 September 2024 and asked why am Inot at court. I was never informed, never contacted or received any feedback asto when the court date is and when I need to be there or what will behappening.What an embarrassment to say the least, fighting for years,the person that I am having the claim against going to court, yet here I am notpitching cause my lawyer failed to inform me. How pathetic, how are they evenin practice still, why are you using such an organisation to assist people inneed.How do you fix this, you don’t, you cant take back the moneyI lost due to negligence from the lawyers, the fact that the people that wassuppose to help me from getting into the situation I current am in. The pain,suffering I had to endure. The embarrassment. I am disgusted.A service I paid for, on time every month, for 3 years, noquestions asked and this is what I get, NOTHING.Nothing you say or do will make this matter any better, oreven my situation any better, you ruined a single moms hope of even evergetting any where further that what I was suppose to be 2 years ago.Nothing, absolutely nothing.Note that for sure I will be posting my feedback, I willnever recommend anyone to use fnb law on call, or Parker attorneys.I am not even going to ask, so what do you do you aboutthis, cause nothing you do will change what I had to go thru. Nothing you do isgoing to get me into a better financial position.I can just hope and pray, that this will never ever happento anyone else. I hope you are happy with the service you provide and theservice providers you think help your clients.
