Fnb Law on call

So after being living on the streets from the 6th of November 2020 to present date, it turns out that the pie law means nothing in south africa, a white lawyer is easily beaten by a dumb koolie lawyer (that is what they call us Indians) and nobody can tell me whats going on, as usual Carla is more concerned about leaving early on fridays. Now i requested that fnb law on call reassign my matter to a new team but sadly that also seems to difficult for anyone in the entire building to handle. To this date not a single sole from fnb complaints has mentioned a whisper of anything in my direction, not a single call or email, hellopeter is more concerned that fnb is. And so it continues, always quick to debit and no concerns of delivery.
