FNB Law On Call Completely Ignores its customers

I am very sad at the non-existent service offering I have received from FNB Law-On-Call.

I contacted them on two separate occasions, and wasn't even afforded so much as a courtesy call. They didn't even contact me at all. Luckily both issues sorted themselves out without any legal advice being required, but what am I paying my premiums for if you are just going to pretend your customer does not exist?

I'd like someone to call me to let me know why I was ignored.
