FNB Law on Call Complaint

I've been a "platinum" member with FNB law on call for over 10 years and in my first time using their services I was appalled by the blatant poor service and incompetency of the attorneys on their panel. We've asked Marcia Zwane, Paralegal Secretary, to escalate our civil matter which was handled by MML Attorneys, who lack decorum and respect for their client and failed to pursue a simple civil matter that was before them despite the report supporting our claim. We are still waiting for feedback from FNB Law on call until today!!!! Please help 🙏
