FNB Law on call

FNB law on call is useless these people are quick to take your money but don’t want to help you when you need help.

I called in this morning for a legal document to be drafted for something I purchased december so I have a legal document that someone sold an item to me, even the seller is agreeing to sign the document even though the transaction has already happened.

FNB law on call is refusing to draft me a legal document but on their policy document, they state any legal needed document they draft.

The Fnb plan that I have doesn’t specify the type of Offer to purchase that fnb can assist with and I was advised by Mmeja Maluleke that on point 9.3, states that should the contract not fall under the once mention, I will be advised by a consultant or a lawyer but on my actual plan I do not have that point on my plan.

I was wrongfully advised which is an inconvenience on my side as I’m paying for something I am not aware of .
