FNB Law on Call

The appointment of half baked lawyers by FNB Law On Call is rather appalling. The lawyer came under prepared - evidence was not bundled and referenced, lacked context and no appetite to challenge the case but rather encouraging the opposition standpoint and agreeing to offers proposed without proper due diligence and consultation on implications of the outcomes. Lack of competence become so evident that even the commissioner asked him “did you prepare for this?”

Using FNB Law on Call to represent you is as good as representing yourself in court.
