I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my case ,my expectations were that you handle my labour dispute on my behalf and to put force on the abusive employer,instead ,I was referred back to the same employer to handle the case on my own ,I’m highly disappointed on the overall handling of this and can not see why I should continue with a service provider who can not assist me in times of crisis like promised when I signed up ,I’m extremely disappointed .
