fnb law on call bad service

<p>I am a Fnb law on call member and recently needed assistance with a legal matter. Firs they don't call you back and then I spend all my airtime to phone them. They deducted money every month and don't bother to advice when the premium didn't go of to inform me. They have deducted the premiums again and advised me that my policy is now suspended. This really is unaccepunacceptable.</p>
