FNB Law on call bad service

I called FNB Law on call with a query on 9/10/2015 (Friday). I was told by the consultant that I will get an e-mail from her and that attorneys would get in contact with me. I did not get any e-mail or call from any attorney. I called them again on 14/10/2015 (Thursday) . I was told that the consultant responsible for the matter is busy on a call and she would call me back....I am still waiting...This is very frustrating I did not expect this kind of service from FNB...They need to improve their services...Unhappy client.
