FNB LAW ON CALL - BAD EXPERIENCE

I have a Law on Call policy with FNB for 2 years now, on the 20 September 2021 I emailed them a document to review. I haven't heard any responses from them since, I didn't even receive any email acknowledgement and their call centre number is not going through.

This has been a bad customer experience considering the fact that I've been their client for 2 years and this is the 1st time I'm contacting them to get assistance with what I'm paying for.

Fnb Law on Call please pay back my monthly premiums that I've paid for the past 2 years in full because it seems that you are not able you fulfill your promises to your clients.
