What a pathetic joke, a waste of funds and time. FNB should be ashamed to offer this as a service to any of their customers. Dealt with a matter for 7 months still hasn't hit any forward movement but each time you speak to them it's always legal matters can take time. Yes legal matters can take time but we haven't even gotten to the legal matter at hand. You'll see more life at a cemetery than with these guys and their so called service providers handling your legal claim. Want to handle a legal dispute go pick up a homeless person off the side of the road and you'll have better luck.
