Fnb law on call absolute *******

How is it I pay for a service such as law on call and after two emails still no call back or response to the emails?

This is absolutely pathetic service especially in a time when a person needs the service the most?

If this is the case then I would like my premiums paid back to me from the start until most recent.

How on earth do I pay for such a service when I get no assistance whatsoever.
