FNB LAW ON CALL

I called fnb law on call over a week ago,they took 6 days to reply.. I had an issue with multichoice,he agent was supposed to contact multichoice on my behave,but his excuse was that he cant get through to them.. What a ****,I gave their numbers which any fool can get by simply googling it any anyone can contact them. So now I got to sort out the issues myself. How come I can get through to multichoice everytime??? Learn to lie probably,we not stupid.. So this is what we pay a premium for every month..??? Useless..
