FNB Law on Call a **** !!!!
FNB Law on Call service is a ****!!!! Ive been paying premiums for over 4 months I logged a claim on the 02 November requesting legal assistance and to date I have had zero assistance, no lawyer assigned to my case. This is beyond pathetic, taking people's money and not delivering

27 Nov 2020, 10:58An apology does not fix anything, FNB IS FULLY AWARE OF THIS ISSUE CONSIDERING THE VOLUME OF COMPLAINTS on the matter. This error D055 is everywhere and its not related to store speedpoints because we also cannot withdraw any money.
Just fix your systems and stop calling me wasting my time and battery because your consultants call yet no resolution offered.
I will be logging a case with the Ombudsman, im fedup with the mediocre of FNB. Sort out your systems and give us access to our monies!!!!
