FNB Law on Call a huge *******!

<p>I contacted FNB a few months ago when I realized they offer the Law On Call Service. A lady assured me they would be able to help me with the items I requested help with for a monthly fee. Once the fee was deducted and I asked for help on these agreed upon items (A letter for a body corporate as well as an Antenuptial contract) this was all ignored and I never heard from them. I then canceled immediately after feeling very **********.</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone process the request by telling me I would be billed for one more month. How unprofessional! I mentioned that I have not received a service promised to me only to hear that I will be billed once more for no rendering of agreed upon services. Because of this, I have thought of moving all banking accounts away from FNB to another bank. Extremely unprofessional to over promise and under deliver.</p>
