FNB Law on Call a bunch of losers and pathetic service

FNB must just close their Law on call department, mostly pathetic and poor service from them. Last year I sent an email to them to cancel my policy, up until today I haven't received any feedback and instead they are still continuing to debit money from account.

That is why I cancelled them, very poor and little help from that useless Law on call. They must just reverse all my money back, I'm fine with them. Most useless policy I have taken in my life, been paying for bull**** for more than 7 years.
