FNB Law On Call

Worst decision I made was taking out this policy. The staff when it comes to claim stage is utterly useless, not only do they not know actual law to give any sort of advise, they are rude and arrogant. Honestly I wish I wouldn’t read the reviews before taking that s@!t out. I’ve been a loyal customer of FNB for over 12 years, everything of mine is with them but to be honest I’m actually shopping for a new bank. This one experience with this one department has made me understand and appreciate the term “don’t put your eggs in one basket”; as much as it will be admin and a hassle for me to move banks I’d rather do that - that’s how awful this one department is. Never have I ever been so undermined in my life, even the point where the appointed attorney for my matter was embarrassed. The whole department should just be closed down
