06.01.2021 FNB LAW ON CALL It has been six weeks now since I've put a claim on death benefits. I have been making follow ups until they decided to no longer answer my calls.The last time I called they told me thata the person whom I sent the documents is on leave without updating me on how far the claim is They again told me that the person who authorizes claims is on leave and it left me wondering if there is only one person who authorizes claims.i sent all the neccessary documents I even signed the agreement claim form.
