FNB law on call

I am extremely disappointed with FNB Law on Call and the complete lack of assistance when I actually need the service I am paying for.

My vehicle is currently being held at an SAPS impound, which is a stressful and urgent legal matter. I sent an email to FNB Law on Call requesting assistance and guidance, yet no one has responded or attended to my case. There has been no feedback, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency whatsoever.

This raises a serious question: why are we paying monthly for a legal service that fails to assist when it is needed most? The entire purpose of Law on Call is to provide timely legal support, yet when faced with a real situation, I have been completely ignored.

I am a paying customer under FNB Law on Call (Plan number: ***), and I expect professional, responsive service. The silence from your team is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on FNB’s commitment to its customers.

I would like an explanation as to why my case has not been attended to, and I expect immediate assistance regarding my vehicle held at the SAPS impound. If this matter is not addressed urgently, I will seriously reconsider continuing to pay for a service that clearly does not deliver on its promises.

This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable.
