Extremely unhappy with your services.
I have written to cancel product and request my installments back. Got referred to another lawyer who disappeared - again.
Third (?) time.
Went for help for domestic violence case.
One of your referrer attorneys told me she would have to check my story.
Another one told me I look guilty of a false accusation of ***** by the perpetrator and refused to assist me.
Please call me to cancel my policy and refund me immediately.
Went into Claremont branch and they said they couldn’t help me. And told me to log another compliant.

I would like a full refund of my installments, please, so that I can hire my own attorney at this point. This is urgent, please. My health has deteriorated and I need decent legal representation now. Please. .

03 Feb 2021, 11:45Hi. LOC now not answering mails and saying my subscription has been cancelled.
Then sending mails saying they will refer me to a lawyer.
Then suddenly the legal firm from December who never assisted with the protection order mailed me. I declined to use their services after they disappeared and left me in the thick of it.
I am asking for is cancellation of the service and a refund due to complete lack of service.
I will take this public to warn people that this is a ****. In full.
The lawyers for LOC seem to offer one session to be able to bill for costs and then disappear.
Then sending mails saying they will refer me to a lawyer.

I have lost everything in my attempts to protect myself and my child and have just gone through the debt review process after a perfect credit score for thirty plus years as a sole proprietor.
I have closed my FNB account as part of the debt review process and have moved all of my banking to Capitec. I will never use FNB or recommend them to anyone else moving forward.
Shocking service and, I suspect, this legal insurance policy was a **** of sorts.
I have lost everything in my attempts to protect myself and my child and have just gone through the debt review process after a perfect credit score for thirty plus years as a sole proprietor.
