FNB LAW ON CALL

I had taken out a legal plan in 2015. When I had a legal issue in 2017, the legal consultant (Thami Nkuna) was totally *********** and unprofessional. He was clueless with the legal matters. Calls were made and emails were sent but were never rep****. Calls were made to the team leader (M.Singo) in vain. Eventually I was unable to afford the legal fees to engage in a legal and lost a considerable amount of money (although the other party was at fault). It is really sickening to think that I had paid may years of premiums for nothing. I would like to warn the public of "Law on call" - it is a **** and they will be left in the lurch by fnb when faced with a legal issue. I believe this division is outsourced to group/company who have no legal knowledge or experience
