FNB Law on Call - 6 weeks later and still no reimbur*****t for claim, despite confirmation that I would

On 20/09/2016 Engine Mathebula confirmed in writing and via phone that I would be reimbursed for transcription services that needed to be done for an open case Law on Call was managing.

He advised I should pay the service provider myself, as if they had to pay the service provider it would take a few days, and this needed to be done urgently.

Following that I paid the service provider for the transcription job and then submitted the invoice and proof of payment to Engine and Hector, for reimbur*****t.

Remember at the time I was told, FNB Law on Call would reimburse me, but it would take a few days from when I would pay the service provider from my own pocket.

Now 6 weeks later, and still no reimbur*****t.

After sending through the invoices the first time, I then proceed to send numerous follow up emails over the next 6 weeks. I receive the following replies:

4/10/2016 - Email from Engine saying he sent invoices to Hector, who is dealing with it, but I must also resend the same. I then do.

11/10/2016 - Email from Hector saying file is with manger waiting for a "decision" to be reached. (When I had confirmation in writing prior to say that I must go ahead and I will be reimbursed by the policy)

25/10/2016 - Email from Hector saying they requested payment, and will attend to refund once they receive the file back from Accounts Dept.

Now 6 weeks later, and still no reimbur*****t - numerous excuses, and numerous follow up emails I have sent before and after each response and still no payment.
Please pay my R2994.95 urgently!
