FNB Law on Call ****.
FNB policy’s such as LoC is an utter waste of money. They increase policy cost and decrease policy usefulness. The lawyers they employ sound illiterate and I am sure they got their LLB in a lucky packet as they have no clue of how the law works. FNB refuses to act on instructions as stated in the LoC policy. When this is escalated they come up with new excuses. FNB could be a government owned enterprise seeing as how they treat their customers.
Will be closing my accounts with FNB (private and business).

29 Jan 2024, 22:42This complaint was not addressed in manner that resolved the issue caused due to FNB not holding to their original agreement.
Due to them fumbling my legal needs there actions caused my legal issues to compound and now I will have to pay out of pocket.
Do not use any FNB policies, they do not live up to their promises. I have cancelled my policies and will slowly close all my bank accounts with them and move to other service providers.
